He should guide members in exercise activities and give awareness in the fundamentals of sports. Demonstrate good techniques and methods which used in the gym and Group class environment. Observe participants movements and technique and inform them of corrective measures necessary to improve their skills. Under indirect supervision, plans (Written Program (Fitness Book)) and leads a range of individualized exercise/activity sessions for clients in a high standard level of service (Gold’s Standard) and as per services process.
