Ice cream shop manager

We are looking for someone to serve as a manger for the shop. The person will serve as a supervisor on the waiters, be in charge of accounts of the shop, among other things. We are looking for an Egyptian who can speak English very welll. Must be able to read and write. He must have basic accounting skills Goal oriented too.
