CAFM, Helpdesk, Degree qualified, fluent in English, 5 years plus experience in FM/asset management Job Requirements: • BSc in Business administration or equivalent subject • Minimum 10 years working experience in Facility Management Industry • Experience of new build projects an advantage • Conversant in mainstream CAFM packages Maximo, FSI, Archibus • Structured and organised. • Must be tenacious, resourceful and resilient. • Excellent communicator • Excellent presentation skills. • Excellent IT skills in MS Office suite of programs • Attention to detail. • Budget Management • Multitasking and time management • Experience in both self-delivery and through supply chain • Experience of output/performance based contracts, SLA and KPI regimes • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities. • Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 1800 • Proven analytical and numeracy skills. • Previous experience in banking environment preferred in order to complete security vetting procedures Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • To undertake audits of physical assets and compare against supplied documentation. • Monitor and control the document management system • Ownership of the CAFM system for reporting and programming of PPM’s and reactive tasks through Helpdesk • To ensure that the O & M records are accurately maintained. • Carry out regular audits of external contractors for compliance and KPI, SLA’s • Develop reporting strategy and templates from client requirements • Undertake training evaluation of staff as required for CPD processes. • Assist the management team in implementing BCP and Incident control measures • Maintain company and client confidentiality • Managing, planning, budgeting and financial management related to project • To meet KPI requirements set by management from time to time. • Safety management. IOSH Certified. • Assist with interview and staff review • Key Measures of Performance • Successful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requests • Reporting on budget for maintenance and procurement. • Provide detailed proposals for additional requests from the client for review and present to client • Attend meetings and present to staff on a minimum of quarterly basis • Oversee the training and development of staff related to asset management • Review systems for maintenance and recording and propose alternative solutions where cost and efficiency savings can be employed • Act as Duty Manager • Assist in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents. • Ad hoc duties as instructed by senior management
