month - one studio flat with separate entrance for 1 executive bachelor only (male or female)

I have one big room available with separate entrance and attach washroom for one executive bachelor only(male or female). please note: there is no kitchen. this is a family building so I need a very decent person to live alone and should be peace loving person as we will not tolerate any misbehavior. we are a Pakistani family. the house rent is fixed 1,000 riyals which will be taken every month we don't want 6 month or 5-month advance rent. rent include water and electric bill per month. 100 riyals extra for the internet every month. I will take 500 security which will be given back if you want to leave the house. the only serious person should call.
