al Information Technology officer with Programming background URGENT

We are looking for hospital CTO (Chief Technical officer) who has extensive experience in running IT department in hospitals and health care facilities. Candidate should have strong command of Visual basic and other programming language, Should be able to handle databases and strong knowledge of networks and network support. He should be able to develop training programs, manage networks, and manage ERP and HIS systems independently. Strong knowledge about web based applications is required. Minimum 5-10 years experience in large hospital environment is required. Only candidates who fulfill above requirements should apply.
