Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 3 or 5 years of professional experience o Good knowledge of FM and MEP maintenance principles o Ability to communicate with all levels of executives – managerial and ground level personnel o Good command of spoken and written English KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES: o o must have production line and industrial experience in maintenance planning o Provide assistance in the implementation and the daily operations of the CMMS o Work with the operations teams to understand the PPM requirements for all maintainable assets (MEP and factory) o Analyse asset register information and draw annual maintenance plans based on same. o Work with the operations team to develop task list and frequency information o Produce monthly work schedules for MEP and factory maintenance teams team o Assist the team to produce periodic and ad hoc reports of progress against programme in both dashboard and tabular form, written and statistical o Manage new technology adoption / implementation namely the deployment of hand held devices and associated interface. o Uploading of MEP and factory assets in the system update the Asset Register time to time o Update completed PPM activities in the system as required o Update of all the Service requests in to the system as required ACCOUNTABILITIES: o Assist in providing information and updates on scheduled activities.
