URGENTLY REQUIRED AUTOMOBILE WORKSHOP IN-CHARGE (HEAVY VEHCILES/ TRAILERS)

You should ideally be an Automobile Engineer with Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering with a minimum of 20 year's experience in managing the operations of heavy vehicles workshops managing a fleet of over 300 Trailers and Trucks, in-depth knowledge and proven credentials in handling Diesel Engines of 'VOLVO' MERCEDES' & 'MAN' Trailers and 'ISUZU','NISSAN' 'MITSUBISHI' Trucks and fixing of both Mechanical & Electrical issues. You would be defining the preventive maintenance intervals and carrying on the same through proper co-ordination with the fleet operational staff. You would also be identifying the training needs and responsible for imparting the needed training to workshop staff. Vehicles idle time and cost reduction will be one of the top KPIs for you.
