Purpose: To operate the RO unit. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Start up and shut down RO unit according to standard procedure. 2. Charge RO unit and calculate dosing rate. 3. Perform RO unit chemical cleaning (Low and High PH.) 4. Record RO unit parameters readings. 5. Perform DMF B/Wash. 6. Check and maintain PH, Cl2, and conductivity of the feed and produced water. 7. Perform probing and profiling of the membranes. 8. Initiate shut down report and calculate the running time. 9. Initiate daily status report. 10. Maintain good housekeeping. 11. Perform other related duties as assigned by his Immediate Supervisor. Workplace Environment: Plant environment. Academic Qualification: Technical Secondary School diploma.
