Make and Model: Chevrolet Tahoe LS Year: 2017 Transmission: automatic Odometer: 15000 Salam I need to transfer the lease of Chevy Tahoe 2017, LS, black color as per below given details; I had it leased through NCB 6 months back, but unfortunately due to some unexpected situation, need to quit the lease. I am not looking for any cashback. It will be highly appreciated if you could kindly read complete details prior to call, to save your precious time. Lease Details (Current Plan): - Down Payment Paid: SR 7,340 - Monthly Installment: SR 2,334 - Balloon Payment: SR 51,380 - Lease Period: 60 months - Paid Installment: 5 months - Current Cash value of vehicle: SR 133,400 Lease Transfer Requirements (for NCB Customers): - Salary certificate attested by Chamber of Commerce (net salary should be more than SR 4,000) - Down payment to bank: 5% of remaining cash value (around SR 6,670) - Balloon payment (last payment) will be reduced to 15% of remaining cash value (around SR 20,000) this reduction impact of last payment will come on monthly installment, means monthly installment will be increased a bit. Lease Transfer Requirements (for Non-NCB Customers): - Salary certificate attested by Chamber of Commerce (net salary should be more than SR 7,000) - Bank statement of last three months, showing salary transfer in the account - Home & Office Location - Down payment to bank: 10% of remaining cash value ( around SR 13,340) - Balloon payment (last payment) will be reduced to 15% of remaining cash value (around SR 20,000) this reduction impact of last payment will come on monthly installment, means monthly installment will be increased a bit. Notes: 1) Down payment to bank is not additional cost for lease transfer, this will be adjusted in overall vehicle cost upon recalculation of lease by the bank. 2) I have spent in total around SR 23,510 (7,340 down payment + 11,670 five installments + 4,500 add-ins), so anyone who will be taking the vehicle will have credit of SR 23.5k plus the saving from current NCB-customers offer; moreover lease will be recalculated by the bank based on remaining cash value of the vehicle which will reduce the overall vehicle cost for new customer. 3) More picture can be asked, if required via whatsapp. Regards, Ahmed
