Engineers (Architect/Landscape Architect/Civil/Mechanical Engineers

A Saudi Arabian Engineering and Consulting firm requires Architects / Engineers for its Architectural / Engineering Design Projects in Residential, Public Facilities/ Recreational and Industrial areas. Candidates should have minimum Bachelor Degree with 7-10 years’ experience, well-practiced in Computer Aided Design, Design Calculation Software and well versed in International Building Codes / Engineering Systems. Architect Should have excellent and competitive knowledge in Code Analysis, Life and Safety Plans will be required to develop for International Code Compliance to finalize Conceptual and Detailed Design Development. In-addition, working knowledge in operating Design Tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop. Civil Design Engineers Technical experience in Design/ Review of Railway and/or urban infrastructure (i.e., Site Work Design and Calculations). Working knowledge and experience of design and data management software including Civil 3D, Wet Utility Software (WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, HAMMER, StormCAD, SewerCAD, SewerGEMS, and CivilStorm) and AutoCAD. Landscape Architect Specialist in landscape design and engineering for large and small scale public facilities projects such as parks / recreation planning, green infrastructure planning, historic landscapes and ecological landscape designing by using relevant software. Mechanical Design Engineers Technical Design/ Review experience in design of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting Design by using relevant software. CAD Designer Capability to draw complex drawings on single or multiple sheets; an ability to determine the appropriate standards, libraries and menu using MicroStation / AutoCAD Format; should have minimum 3 Year Degree with engineering background and attended a CAD operator training program.
