Qualification: minimum Bachelor Degree Experience : minimum 3 years of working experience as logistic officer or logistic coordinator • Adhere to shipping/receiving and regulatory-compliance procedures • Complete documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, work orders and shipping orders using computer-based technology • Complete daily shipping and receiving logs Prepare accurate bills of lading Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility Track and analyze miss-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels Streamlines shipping and transportation processes Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another You may also be required to assist clients with product selection and pricing to improve transportation routes.
