We are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive / Manager - Khobar to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. “Sales Account Executive/Manager for Khobar” Requirements • 7 to 10 years of experience in relevant field. • Bachelor/Master degree in business administration or a related field • Successful previous experience as a Sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Age 28 to 40 years • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Strong business sense and IT industries expertise • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Responsibilities:- • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts • Analyze sales statistics • Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services • Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans • Assign sales territories and set sales quotas • Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Personality & Attitude • Well Groomed • Multi-tasking • Work Stress Tolerance • Open Minded • Energetic • the ability to listen • Adaptable • Performance, Goal and Results oriented. • Able to meet strict deadline • Punctual (at work on time) • Efficient (on-time work) Interested candidates can send their resume on hr@famatechnologies.com
